Returns
Coffee is a sealed food product, so we cannot accept returns on pouches that have been opened or used.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or past its best-before date, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph and we will replace it or refund you in full.
Please film an uninterrupted unboxing video. From the sealed parcel to the opened pouch, without stopping or pausing the recording. That video is what lets us claim transit damage back from the courier. We will still look after you without it, but the courier will not pay, so please record it every time.
